Thank you for considering St. Patrick Catholic Church for your especial event. We are proud to offer our beautiful and spacious rooms at affordable rates.

Social Hall – Maximum Capacity 250 guests

Is available for large events, such as community events, rehearsal dinners, wedding receptions, family reunions, group conferences, or other special event.

BASE RATE INFORMATION

Social Hall

Monday—Thursday: $150.00  (up to 4hrs.) – Deposit $50.00.   Hours  9:00  A.M. —8:30 P.M.

Friday: $500.00 – Deposit $100.00.  Hours 9:00 A.M.— 12:00 A.M.

Saturday: $600.00 – Deposit $150.00.   Hours 9:00 A.M.—12:00 A.M.

Sunday: NOT AVAILABLE

*For large events, the Social Hall is available for decorations one day prior to the event.


St Monica & St Augustine Room – Maximum capacity 40 guests

Is available for small events, such as baby or bridal shower, rehearsal dinner, outside meting, and other small special events.

BASE RATE INFORMATION

St. Monica/St. Augustine Room

Monday—Thursday: $50.00  (up to 4 hrs.) – Deposit $20.   Hours  9:00 A.M.—8:30 P.M.

Friday: $125.00 – Deposit $25   Hours 12:00 P.M.— 8:30 P.M.

Saturday: $125.00 – Deposit $25.   Hours 12:00 P.M.—8:30 P.M.

Sunday: NOT AVAILABLE

* For small events, St Monica/St Augustine room is available for decorations on the same day of the event.


Kitchen

Our extensive kitchen is available for your caterer, as St. Patrick’s does not provide catering services. Use of the kitchen is at an additional fee of $100 for your event.


        

Room Rental Deposit:

All reservations are considered tentative until both a 50% deposit and signed agreement are received. The deposit will be credited towards the balance due. Please follow your rental agreement policies.

Room Rental Includes:

Round tables or rectangular tables and chairs, serving tables, access to in-house audio/video system, room set-up and clean-up. Event coordinator services is included only for wedding receptions.

All client provided decorations must be approved by St. Patrick Event Coordinator. In the case of client provided decorations, set-up and takedown will be the responsibility of the client and must be completed within the time period set by St. Patrick.

Amenities Available:

Table linens $5.00 per table

Dinner ware $3.00 per person   (plate, silverware, coffee cup, water glass, wine glass, paper napkin).

Coffee, tea and ice water are provided at no additional charge.

Alcohol 

If you choose to provide alcohol to your guests, please contact Kristin Theis at 763-753-2011 or ktheis@st-patricks.org. to  add an alcohol policy.

Policy fee from Catholic Mutual Group is $110.00.

Alcohol is permitted within the rented hall or spaces. All alcohol must be dispensed by a qualified bartender approved by St. Patrick. No persons under the age of 21 can consume alcohol in the State of Minnesota. We reserve the right to assess the level of consumption at any event and act accordingly. Bar service must end at 11:00 PM.

We will require you, the host, to carry an insurance policy for the day of your event, listing St. Patrick Catholic Church as an additional insured. This policy needs to be in the amount of $1,000,000.00.

FACILITY INFORMATION

  • St. Patrick is handicapped accessible and totally smoke free.
  • St. Patrick is not responsible for lost or stolen articles.
  • St. Patrick reserves the right to deny the use of its facilities to any individual, group or organization.
  • Signs and banners are welcome, but must be affixed with removable tape.
  • Renters will not injure, mar or deface or use nails, tacks or pins in any part of the facility.
  • Candles with flames are not allowed.
