St. Patrick’s is proud to present the 12th annual RibFest competition! The entry fee is $100 per team. Each team will receive 10 slabs of St. Louis-style ribs, with more available upon request. Teams must submit at least 5 individual ribs for judging.
This year, the stakes are higher than ever: our Grand Prize has increased to $1,500! To keep the competition fierce and fair, judging will be conducted by professional judges from the Minnesota BBQ Society. Enter today to show off your grilling skills and take home the top prize!
Grand Champion will receive $1,500 and trophy
Reserve Champion will receive $400 and trophy
People’s Choice will receive free entry into RibFest 2027 and trophy
White Smoke Award will receive free entry into RibFest 2027
