Pastoral Care

Pastoral Care Ministers of Holy Communion

Distribute communion and visit with those that are home bound or in the hospital.

Prayer Chain

Serve the parish daily by praying for those requesting prayer and for the needs of the Church as requested.

Prayer Shawls

Prayerfully knit or crochet shawls for those who need comfort at a time of illness, grief or other difficulty.

Prayer Teams

These teams go out and pray with the home bound, particularly with those in hospice.

Rachel’s Vineyard

Rachel’s Vineyard is a safe place to renew, rebuild, and redeem hearts broken by abortion.

Rosary Team

Promotes this beautiful prayer form to the parish through teaching and rosary gift programs.  Leads Rosaries before all weekend Masses

Adopt A Family 

Consider adopting a family this Christmas season.


The Red Cross Bloodmobile comes to St. Patrick’s twice each year. Participate by helping with sign-ups, supplies, and hospitality.

Community Garden

St. Patrick’s  parish garden will grow fresh vegetables for parishioners in need as well as our local food shelf.

Help pack food for children around the world.

Prepare, deliver and serve a meal each month at Sharing & Caring Hands, a highly successful non-profit serving the poor in Minneapolis.

SPOT- St Patrick’s Outreach Team

Help those in need within our community with basic home repairs, lawn care, small engine service, cleaning, meal prep, etc.
