Adopt a Family is open for the 2026 Christmas Season.

TO RECEVE GIFTS THROUGH THIS MINISTRY…

  1. Fill out a Family Questionnaire below by November 15.  
  2. If you have more than 5 family members, please, please fill out additional forms.
  3. We will send you a confirmation email.  If you don’t receive the confirmation email WITHIN 72 HOURS, PLEASE CONTACT BOBBI with the email below.
  4. Pick up dates will be Dec.9 &10 by appointment only. (Please note that the office is closed on December 8th for the Feast of the Immaculate Conception) You will be contacted with date and time by November 25th.  YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PICKING UP THE GIFTS AT THE CHURCH – 19921 Nightingale St. NW, Oak Grove, MN.
  5. Parents are encouraged to include their wish list on the registration form.

NOTE: As a guideline for gift requests, each person of your family will be provided with gifts with a value of around $50 total. Please provide as much detail as possible for sizes and preferences.
